Applying area and purpose

Cables are designed for transmission and distribution of electricity in stationary installations for a rated alternating voltage of 6 kV with a nominal frequency of 50 Hz for networks with a grounded and insulated neutral.

Climatic modification of UHL placement category 1 and 5 according to NATIONAL QUALITY STANDARD 15150, including laying in the soil.

Fire hazard class of cables according to NATIONAL QUALITY STANDARD 31565 P1b.8.2.2.2.

Conductive core

Insulation

Made of PVC compound of reduced fire hazard (color cores).

Twisting

The isolated conductors of multicore cables are twisted into a core.

Inner shell

Made by extruding from PVC compound of reduced fire hazard or finely filled unvulcanized rubber with filling the outer gaps between the insulated cores. It is allowed to fill the outer spaces between the round insulated conductors with bundles of superimposed fastening tapes and the extruded inner sheath, wrapping with tapes made of polymer material is allowed.

From tape or tapes of conductive paper or conductive synthetic tape or tapes of a non-woven electrically conductive fabric. In sealed cables - a layer of electrically conductive water blocking tape.

Screen

From copper wires and spirally imposed copper tape. Overlay of the screen from copper tapes is allowed.

Separation layer

From polymer tape or nonwoven fabric tapes. In sealed cables - a layer of water blocking tapes.

From PVC compound of reduced fire hazard.
