Applying area and purpose

Cables are designed for transmission and distribution of electric energy in stationary electrical installations at a rated alternating voltage of 0.66; 1 and 3 kV with a frequency of 50 Hz.

Cables of types VVG, VVGE, AVVG, AVVGE, VBBSHV, AVBBSHV are designed for laying single cable lines in cable structures and premises.

Cables of types VBBSHV, AVBBSHV in a single core suite are designed for operation in direct voltage networks.
Fire hazard class of cables according to NATIONAL QUALITY STANDARD 31565 O1.8.2.5.4.

Сonductive core

Copper or aluminum, single-wire or multi-wire, round or sector shape, 1 or 2 classes according to national quality standard 22483.

Insulation*

PVC compound (color cores).

Twisting

Insulated conductors of 2, 3, 4 and 5 core cables are twisted into a core.

Inner shell

Made by extrusion with filling of the external gaps between insulated conductors or for unarmoured cables with copper sector conductors; winding of PVC tapes or non-woven fabric with filling of the external gaps between insulated conductors corbels (bundles).

Screen

For VVGE, AVVGE is made in the form of a winding of copper tapes or, as agreed with the customer, made of copper wires and spirally applied copper tape.

Armor

For VBBSHV, AVBBSHV is imposed spirally from two steel galvanized tapes.

Outer sheath or protective hose PVC compound.
