Applying area and purpose
Cables are designed for transmission and distribution of electricity in stationary installations for a rated alternating voltage of 6 kV with a nominal frequency of 50 Hz for networks with a grounded and insulated neutral.
They can be laid in dry soils (sand, sandy clay and normal soil with a moisture content of less than 14%). Climatic modification of UHL and T categories of placement 1 and 5 in accordance with NATIONAL QUALITY STANDARD 15150, including laying in the soil.
Fire hazard class of cables according to NATIONAL QUALITY STANDARD 31565 O1.8.2.5.4.
Technical data

For single core and flat | 15
When mounting using a special template | 7,5
Cables are laid at a temperature (without preheating), ° С, not lower | -15 |
Conductive core
Copper or aluminum, single-wire or multi-wire, round or sector shape, 1 or 2 classes according to NATIONAL QUALITY STANDARD 22483.
Insulation
Made of PVC compound (color cores).
Twisting
The isolated conductors of three-core cables are twisted into a core.
Inner shell
It is made by extruding from PVC plastic compound or finely filled unvulcanized rubber with filling the outer gaps between the insulated conductors. It is allowed to fill the outer gaps between round insulated conductors with tows of non-absorbent fibrous or polymeric materials with the application of a fastening tape over which the extruded inner sheath is superimposed, the cable core can be wrapped with a layer of tape made of a polymeric material compatible with insulation materials and the outer sheath.
Winding
Of tape or tapes of conductive paper or conductive synthetic tape or tapes of a non-woven conductive fabric.
Screen
From copper wires and spirally imposed copper tape. Overlay of the screen from copper tapes is allowed.
Separation layer
From polymer tape or nonwoven fabric tapes.
Armor Pillow
For brands VBV, ABBV, PVC compound.
Armor
Superimposed spirally from two galvanized steel tapes. The surface of the armor allows the imposition of a winding or longitudinally polyethylene terephthalate or polypropylene tape with overlapping.
Outer sheath PVC compound.
