Applying area and purpose

Cables are designed for transmission and distribution of electrical energy and electrical signals in stationary electrical installations to a rated alternating voltage of 0.66 and 1 kV with a frequency of up to 100 Hz.

Cables are used for group cabling of power supply lines for electrical equipment of security systems, electrical wiring of fire safety systems, electrical wiring in the operating rooms of hospitals, emergency power supply circuits and power equipment operating in case of fire in the absence of danger of mechanical damage during operation.

Cables are manufactured for general industrial use and for use at nuclear power plants (NPPs) outside the containment zone in NPP systems of class 2 according to the classification OPB 88/97 (PNAE G-01-011).

Fire hazard class of cables according to NATIONAL QUALITY STANDARD 31565 P1b.1.1.2.1.

Technical data

Construction

Copper, single-wire or multiwire, round or sector shape, class 1 or 2 according to NATIONAL QUALITY STANDARD 22483, cross-section from 1.5 to 400 mm2.

Thermal barrier according to thermal conductivity

A winding of two mica tapes.

Insulation

For cables of grades PPGng (A) -FRHF, PPGENG (A) -FRHF from a halogen-free polymer composition, for cables of grades PvPGng (A) -FRHF, PvPGENG (A) -FRHF made of cross-linked polyethylene.

Twisting

Insulated conductors of 2, 3, 4 and 5 core cables are twisted into a core. Color coding.

Inner shell

From a halogen-free polymer composition.

Tape wrapping

For cables of the brands PvPGng (A) -FRHF and PvPGENG (A) -FRHF with a cross-section of conductors of 50 mm2 and higher from mica tape or one glass tape.

Screen

For cables of PPGENG (A) -FRHF, PvPGENG (A) -FRHF brands, winding from copper tapes, a screen from copper wires and a spiral-wound copper tape is allowed.

Outer shell

From a halogen-free polymer composition.
