Applying area and purpose

Cables are designed for fixed connection to electrical appliances, devices, terminal assemblies of electrical switchgears for rated alternating voltage up to 660 at a frequency of up to 100 Hz or direct voltage up to 1000 V, for laying in rooms, channels, tunnels, in aggressive environments, in the absence of mechanical stress on the cable. Laying in the ground (trenches) is allowed while protecting the cables at the points of exit to the surface.

Shielded cables are used when it is necessary to protect electrical circuits from the influence of external electric fields.

Armored cables are used when there is a risk of mechanical damage during operation, if the cable is not subjected to significant tensile forces.

Climatic modification uhl and t, placement categories 1 and 5 according to NATIONAL QUALITY STANDARD 15150.

Fire hazard class according to NATIONAL QUALITY STANDARD 31565 p1b.8.2.2.2.

Conductive core

Copper single-wire, class 1

according to NATIONAL QUALITY STANDARD 22483, with a nominal section from 0.75 to 6 mm2.

Insulation

Pvc plastic compound of low fire hazard.

Twisting the number of cores is from 4 to 61. The insulated cores of the cables are twisted, in each coil there is a counting pair. Digital and color marking of core insulation is allowed. Kvvg-png (a) -ls is produced only in a four-core version, the cores must be laid in parallel in one plane.

Separation layer

Pvc plastic compound of low fire hazard.

Screen

For cables of the brand kvvgen (a) -ls, it is made in the form of a winding from aluminum-polymer tapes.

Armor

For cables of the mark kvbshvng (a) -ls, it is imposed spirally from two steel galvanized tapes.

Outer sheath or PVC protective hose with low fire hazard plastic compound.
