Applying area and purpose

Designed for single or group stationary laying in fire protection systems, fire alarm systems, warning and evacuation of people in case of fire, in buildings, structures and structures (industrial enterprises, schools, hospitals, office buildings, high-rise buildings, metro, nuclear power plants) , where requirements are made for cables and wires to maintain operability in a fire. They remain operational during a fire for 240 minutes. It is operated indoors and outdoors, subject to protection from direct exposure to solar radiation and atmospheric precipitation.

Fire hazard class according to national quality standard 31565 P1b.1.2.2.2.

Conductive core

Copper, single-wire, 1 class or multi-wire not lower than 3 classes according to national quality standard 22483, cross section from 0.2; 0.35; 0.5; 0.75; 1.0; 1.5; 2.5 mm2.

Insulation

Silicone rubber (color coding).

Twisting

Isolated cores are twisted in pairs.

Thermal barrier

It is imposed by winding of one micra tape over each twisted pair.

In cables with two pairs, twisted pairs wrapped with mica tape are arranged in parallel.

Screen

For cables of grades KPSESng (A) -FRLS, KPSESGng (A) -FRLS over the thermal barrier is applied by winding or longitudinally overlapping with contact conductor of tinned copper wire.

Shell

PVC compound low fire hazard.
