Along with such an important goal as the development of production, one of the most important areas for the company is corporate social responsibility. This means that the factory also voluntarily imposes an additional obligation on itself to society. This is achieved by ensuring development of the plant's staff, the adoption of additional measures to improve the life quality of employees and their families. ProCab JV LLC closely cooperates with leading higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan in order to undergo practical training and internships, as well as in the further employment of young specialists at the factory.
